摘要 为克服传统扩径机能耗高、效率低等弊端,现根据其工作特性对系统进行改进。结合现今液压技术的发展趋势,将直驱式容积控制技术应用于扩径机液压系统。对新系统进行研究可知:改进后的扩径机液压系统具有节能高效、结构简单、控制精度高等优点,改进方法切实可行,具有广泛的应用前景。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional expanding machine, such as high energy consumption, low effi- ciency, etc, according to its working features, improvement to the system was made. Combining with the development trend of modern hydraulic technology, the direct drive volume control technology was applied to the hydraulic system of expanding machine. By analyzing the new system, the result shows that the improved hydraulic system has the advantages of energy-saving, high efficiency, simple structure and high control precision. The improved method is feasible and has wide application prospect.
