摘要
铆塞是一种新型的用于密封工艺孔的零件,国产铆塞具有诸多不足。针对目前国内的现状,为国产铆塞进行性能测试以及进一步优化设计,设计一种新型铆塞性能测试设备,并针对其液压控制系统进行了进一步的探讨,利用最小二乘法以及差值算法优化了其工作精度。该设备的设计方法可以推广到其他测试设备的设计中,具有较大的工程实用意义。
Seal plug is a new-type part which is used to seal auxiliary holes. However, domestic seal plugs have many deficien- cies. A new kind of seal-plug-performance testing equipment was designed for seal plug performance testing and further optimization de- sign. For the purpose of the research, the hydraulic control system was discussed, and the accuracy of the system was optimized by using the least square method and difference method. The design method for this equipment can be extended to the design of other test equipments, which has great practical significance.
