摘要
为了实现摩托车灯具配光性能的自动化测试,研制了一套五轴式灯具配光测试设备。介绍该五轴测试设备的工作原理,设计了具有X、Y、Z、A、C 5个运动方向的机械结构,建立了以运动控制卡、输入输出板HY-6120为基础的控制系统和以光度计为核心的测试系统,编写了测试设备的软件程序,并在该设备上进行了摩托车灯具配光性能测试验证。研究表明:研制的五轴式配光测试设备可以实现摩托车前照灯、前位灯、后位灯、致动灯、转向灯等类型灯具配光性能的自动化测试,具有较高的测量精度和效率。测试设备已投入正式使用并满足摩托车灯具的配光性能测试需要。
To test photometric characteristics of motorcycle lamps automatically, a five-axis test equipment was developed. Work- ing principle of the equipment was firstly introduced. Then mechanical structure of five dimension motion (X, Y, Z, A and C), con- trol subsystem based on a motion control card and a I/O card HY-6120, test subsystem built on a multi-functional photometer, and software of the equipment were developed. Afterwards an experiment of the photometric characteristics of a front position lamp was suc- cessfully performed with the equipment. Study shows that photometric characteristics of headlamps, front position lamps, rear position lamps, stop lamps and signal lamps can be automatically and efficiently tested with the five-axis test equipment with good accuracy. The test equipment has been used in a motorcycle manufacturing company and meets the testing requirements of photometric characteristics of motorcycle lamps well.
