摘要
对建筑6063铝合金型材进行了表面改性处理,采用SEM、电化学性能测试、XRD等方法,研究了单宁酸浓度对表面转化膜形貌、物相组成和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当单宁酸浓度为6 g/L时,6063合金表面可以得到均匀、致密、耐腐蚀性优良的转化膜;6063合金表面转化膜的附着力为0级;转化膜中主要含有Al、Na3Al F6和Al2O3·3H2O相,并没有发现含Zr相。
The surface modification of architectural 6063 aluminum alloy profile were carried on, and the effect of tannic acid concentration on the morphology, phase component and corrosion resistance of the conversion coating was studied using the method of SEM and electrochemical performance test, XRD. The results show that, when the concentration of tannic acid is 6 g/L, 6063 alloy surface can get the uniform, compact conversion film with excellent corrosion resistant; the adhesion level of the surface conversion film on 6063 alloy is 0; the conversion film is mainly composed of A1, Na3A1F6 and Al2O3·3H20 phase, and found no Zr bearing phase.
