摘要
针对铸造成型数值模拟计算结果数据特点,提出了实现铸造成型充模过程实时动态动画的节点邻接单元算法,并详细阐述了其关键技术,然后基于该算法开发了全三维铸造成型数值模拟充模过程的实时动态动画显示。经实例验证表明,该方法简单、计算量少、绘制显示速度快、且易于实现,能够使技术人员更直接、更详细、更动态地观察、研究模拟分析结果。
Based on the characteristics of the data in foundry numerical simulation, the "node adjacent element" algorithm of the real time dynamic animation in mold filling process was put forward. And the key technologies of the algorithm were also discussed. A real time dynamic animation display in mold filling process of foundry numerical simulation is developed. Verification by example shows that the method is simple, the calculation is less, the speed of drawing and displaying is fast and it is easy to be realized.
