摘要
采用对比试验,分析讨论钒对渣浆泵用中铬铸铁性能的影响,实验测试了钒对其力学性能、硬度、耐磨性的影响,并对最优性能组分进行了组织分析。实验结果表明,少量的钒加入可以有效提高中铬铸铁的性能,并且添加方法简单,成本低,已经应用于实际工业生产。
By comparative experiments, the effect of vanadium content on the properties of middle chromium cast iron was studied. Testing the mechanical properties, hardness and wear resistance of the materials, the optimal performance component was analyzed. The experimental results show that the addition of small amount of vanadium can effectively improve the performance of medium chromium wear resistant cast iron. The method adding vanadium is simple and cheap, can be applied to practical production.
