机械振动对AZ31合金TIG接头组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在AZ31合金焊接过程中施加机械振动的方法,考察了非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊(TIG)、垂直振动焊和水平振动焊接对AZ31合金焊接接头显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,无论是垂直振动还是水平振动,不同坡口角度的焊接接头的焊缝区和热影响区的晶粒都得到明显细化,力学性能都有不同程度的提高;垂直振动方式下坡口角度增加晶粒尺寸逐渐粗化,而水平振动方式下的坡口角度对焊缝区和热影响区的晶粒尺寸的影响较小。 The effect of mechanical vibration on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy welded joint was investigated by means of mechanical vibration during the welding process of AZ31 alloy, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint in non-consumable tungsten inert gas (TIG), vertical vibration and horizontal 'vibration were investigated. The results show that, both vertical vibration and horizontal vibration, the grains of weld zone and heat affected zone of welding joints at different groove angle obviously refine, the mechanical properties increase; under the mode of vertical vibration, the grain size coarsens gradually with groove angle increasing, while under the mode of horizontal vibration, the groove angle has little effect on grain size in weld zone and heat affected zone.
