摘要
针对某铸造厂生产的部分铝合金铸件出现扩口变形、翘曲变形、内腔变形等问题,从设计、型砂、浇注系统和抛丸工艺等方面分析了原因,提出了增加工艺拉筋、控制型砂强度、改进铸造工艺和抛丸工艺等措施。经小批量实验和批量生产验证,达到了减少变形,合格率提高了40%。提高了生产效率,创造了良好的经济效益。
Aimed at the problems of flaring deformation, warping deformation and inner cavity deformation of aluminum alloy castings in a foundry, the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of design, sand, gating system and shot blasting process, the process measures of increasing process lacing, controlling sand strength, improving casting process, shot blasting process and so on were proposed. After small batch experiments and batch production verification, the purpose of reducing deformation and improving qualified rate is achieved. The measures can improve production efficiency and create economic benefits for enterprises.
