摘要
为了提高铸造铸件的生产效率和精度,自动化三维测量技术被应用。自动化三维测量技术采用面结构光技术的非接触式三维测量设备可以在短时间内获取自由曲面的细致三维信息,通过将结构光三维测量设备与工业机器人有机结合,并借助自动化技术,可以实现对铸造零件的快速自动化测量。测量结果与设计模型对比,从而对铸造工艺进行优化或改进。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of casting producing, an automatic 3D measurement technology of castings was used. The automatic 3D measurement technology with non-contact 3D measurement instruments using structured light technology can obtain the detailed 3D information of free surfaces in a short period of time. By combining industriai robot with structured 3D measurement instrument, and taking automation techniques, the rapid automatic 3D measurement of castings can be realized. Inspection results are compared with the designed model to optimize and improve the casting process.
