摘要
为了建立铝合金铸件内部品质超声波探伤评定标准,设计制作超声波对比试块,选择合适的超声波仪器、探头及仪器灵敏度的调整,检测的方法、过程及检测结果的判定。在实际生产中,对发现有缺陷波的铸件,采用实时成像、金相组织分析、氦检漏等方法进行验证。结果表明,出现缺陷波部位金相组织存在缺陷,气密性试验漏气。验证结果与超声波探伤结论一致。证明采用超声波探伤的方法,可以实现对铝合金铸件内部品质检测。
To establish an evaluation criteria of ultrasonic defect detection for inner quality of aluminum alloy casting, the comparable test block for ultrasonic wave detecting was designed and manufactured, selecting proper ultrasonic measuring apparatus and probe, determining the methods of adjusting sensitivity and evaluating measuring results. In the actual production, the real time imaging, metallographic microstructure analysis and helium leakage test are implemented to verify the castings in which the defects were detected by ultrasonic examination. The verified result shows the location in which fault wave appeared has the defects in metallographic microstructure and the leakage in tightness test, the verification result is consistent with the conclusion of ultrasonic flaw detection. It is proved that the inner quality inspection of aluminum alloy castings can be achieved using ultrasonic detection methods.
