刘兰林教授运用温病理法方药论治慢性难治性过敏性荨麻疹经验

Professor Liu Lanlin's Experience in Treating Refractory Chronic Urticaria with Febrile Disease Theory,Method,Formula and Herbs

[目的]学习、传承刘兰林教授临证运用温病理法方药论治慢性荨麻疹经验特色,为临床提供新思路与系统理论依据。[方法]以刘师临床治疗慢性荨麻疹的验案为基础,结合吴鞠通《温病条辨》、叶天士《温热论》等相关著作中有关学术思想与刘师经验论述,归纳阐述刘师运用温病理法方药论治慢性荨麻疹的辨治经过,并综合分析其诊治特色。[结果]刘师将此疾病病因责之于温邪,认为温邪侵犯为发病基础,临证根据卫气营血辨证,注重不同阶段施治侧重亦不同,并多施以温病方药。[结论]刘师独辟蹊径,紧扣温邪侵犯为发病基础,临床以温病理法方药为指导论治慢性荨麻疹,颇具特色,对临床有启迪和指导性意义。

[Objective]From clinical analysis basis related to the use of warm disease of Liu Lanlin professor principle-method-recipe-medicine treatment chronic urticaria features of experience, in order to study the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of inheritance, provide new train of thought and system theory basis for clinical treatment. [Method] In Liu＇s teacher, on the basis of proven case in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria in combination with Wu Jutong article warm disease cause, Ye Tianshi warm theory and other related writings about academic thought and Liu teacher＇s experience, this paper summarized Liu＇s teacher treating warm disease reason from clinical analysis basis related to medicine treatment chronic urticaria features of experience, in order to study the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of inheritance from Liu Shilin, provide new train of thought and system theory basis for clinical treatment. [Method] In Liu＇s teacher, on the basis of proven case in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria in combination with Wu Jutong article of warm disease cause, Ye Tianshi warm theory and other related writings about academic thought and Liu teacher＇s experience, this paper summarized the Liu＇s teacher using warm disease reason and syndrome differentiation after medicine treatment of chronic urticaria, and comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment. [Results] Liu viewed this disease because of responsibility to the pathogenic heat, considered pathogenic heat invasion as the basis, the author according to nutrient and blood syndrome differentiation, paid attention to the different stages also different focus, made and imposed more warm disease syndromes. [Conclusion] Instead, sticking to pathogenic heat invasion as the basis, clinically guided by the warm disease professor principle-method-recipe-medicine treatment of chronic urticaria, characteristic, has enlightenment and guidance for clinical significance.
