服务基层需求改革培养模式提升质量水平

如何跟踪医药卫生行业发展趋势，调整办学定位，改革传统人才培养模式，探索学校办学、专业发展与医药卫生行业之间相互依存和支撑关系，是医学高职高专院校教育教学改革的一个重要方向。近年来，浙江医学高等专科学校以专业人才岗位需求为依据，牢固确立服务基层的办学定位，调整专业布局；实行校院（企）合作，共同制定、修订人才培养方案；以胜任岗位需求为引导，重构课程体系；创新教学活动载体，深化工学结合；加强师资队伍、实践基地、管理制度建设，为人才培养模式改革提供保障：最终在服务基层需求上实现教学质量和办学水平的提升。

How to trace the development needs of the health field,adjust the college orientation, renovate the traditional talent cultivation mode,probe into the relationship of mutual dependence and sup-port,is an important direction of medical education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,in Zhejiang Medical College,a series of measures have been taken.The orientation of ser-ving the rural area has been firmly established and the layout of majors has been adjusted based on the re-search data of professional post demand in society.College-enterprise cooperation has been set up and the talent cultivation programs have been formulated and revised jointly.The curriculum system has been re-constructed with the guidance of competency requirements.The teaching activity carrier has been innova-ted and work-integrated learning has been deepened.The construction of teachers,teaching bases and the management development have been strengthened in order to ensure the quality of talent cultivation model reform.The improvement of teaching quality and school-running level has been achieved based on the ru-ral-oriented aim.
