北京大学医学部本科学生创业自我效能感的调查分析

Analysis on entrepreneurial self-efficacy among medical undergraduates in Peking University Health Science Center

目的：了解北京大学医学部本科学生创业自我效能感的现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法，从北京大学医学部选取738名本科学生进行创业自我效能感的问卷调查，并对创业自我效能感的影响因素进行统计学分析。结果本科学生创业自我效能感的总平均分是16．6分，各维度的平均得分均在3分以上。其中，性别、家庭收入、专业、实践活动和经济类课程对学生创业自我效能感的不同维度均有影响，且差异具有统计学意义。结论本科学生的创业自我效能感总体处于中等偏上水平，参加实践活动和经济类课程有助于提高创业自我效能感，进而提高本科学生的创业能力。

Objective To understand the status of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and its influencing factors among medical undergraduates in Peking University Health Science Center.Methods With a stratified cluster sampling method,738 students from six representative majors in Peking University Health Science Center were surveyed by using a self-efficacy questionnaire.The influencing factors were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results The overall average score of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in Peking University medical students was 16.6,and the average scores of each dimension were at least 3.0.There was statisti-cally significant difference in different dimension of entrepreneurial self-efficacy at gender,family income, major,practical activity and economics course.Conclusions The overall level of entrepreneurial self-ef-ficacy among medical undergraduates in Peking University lies in up mediate level.Participating in practi-cal activities and attending economic courses will help improve their self-efficacy so as to develop their ca-pability of entrepreneurship.
