问题导学法在生物化学教学中的应用

The application of question guide method in biochemistry teaching

目的：探讨问题导学法在生物化学教学中的应用效果。方法选择漯河医学高等专科学校2013级三年制临床医学专业4个班403名学生为研究对象，将其分为两组，1班和4班为实验组，共202名学生；2班和3班为对照组，共201名学生。在生物化学教学中，对照组采用传统教学方法，实验组采用问题导学法。教学结束后，通过问卷调查和考核成绩评价教学效果。结果实验组学生对教学的总体满意度明显高于对照组学生，P ＜0．05。学生对问题导学法的教学效果、能力培养、学习内容掌握和实施过程持肯定态度，其占比分别为74．8％、71．8％、72．7％和69．8％。实验组学生理论考核平均成绩（82．5±11．4）分明显优于对照组学生的平均成绩（72．5±11．3）分， P ＜0．05。结论问题导学法能够激发学生学习的兴趣，有助于培养学生的自学能力、分析和综合能力。

Objective To explore the effect of application to question guide method in biochemis-try teaching.Methods The question guide method model was applied into biochemistry teaching for the medical students in three year program of 2013 in Luohe Medical College.202 students from 1,4 class in experiment group and 201 students from 2,3 class in control group were randomly selected.the control group was taught by classical teaching model while the experiment group was taught by question guide method model.teaching effect was assessed through the questionnaire survey and test score after the teach-ing.Results the experimental group students’overall satisfaction （96.5%）was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Positive attitude of students to the teaching effect,the content of abili-ty training,knowledge master and implement process accounted for 74.8%,71.8%,72.7% and 69.8 respectively.The experimental group average scores （82.5 ±11.4）points was superior to the control group mean scores （72.5 ±11.3）points （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Question guide method can stimu-late students interest in learning and help students to heighten their abilities of self-learning,analysis and synthesis.
