日本养老介护服务模式及其对我国老年护理教育的启示

Enlightenment of the model of Japanese intervention nursing in pension services for Chinese elderly nursing education

本文介绍了日本介护养老服务模式的产生及其发展，重点综述了日本介护人才的培养及其在养老服务中的作用。从我国养老服务发展的需求出发，评述了我国养老服务亟需解决的问题，探讨了我国护理人员在养老服务中的作用和介护人才的培养模式。

This paper introduced the creation and development of Japanese intervention nursing pension service model.It summarized the intervention nursing personnel training and the role of interven-tion nursing in pension services.From the demand of the development of pension services,it evaluated the urgent problem of pension services in China,and it pointed out the role of nurses in the development of pension services and the model of nursing personnel training.
