Endoscopic-assisted resection of nasal septal cartilage

目的 探讨内窥镜在鼻中隔软骨切取术中的应用价值.方法 在内窥镜辅助下,对36例各种鼻畸形需要移植软骨的女性（18～ 30岁）进行鼻中隔软骨的切取.结果 内窥镜能清楚显示鼻中隔结构,切取更加精确和容易.所有患者的创伤均较小,无一例出现感染、出血等并发症.术后随访6～12个月,未发现鼻中隔穿孔和鼻背塌陷.全部患者鼻形态满意,轮廓自然.结论 内窥镜辅助鼻中隔软骨切取有助于获得良好的手术效果,安全可行.

Objective To evaluate the applied value of endoscopic techniques in resection of nasal septal cartilage. Methods Under endoscopic-assistance, 36 women with nasal deformities underwent nasal septal cartilage resection. Results The use of endoscope offers a clear view of the region to the septum and allows the surgeon to resect septal cartilage more easily. During the operation, no patients had unexpected injuries to the nasal structure. No postoperative complications （septal bleeding, haematoma, perforation, dorsal depression or inflammation） were detected by 6 to 12 months follow-up. All the patients showed nasal features after surgery and the nasal contour was natural. Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted resection of nasal septal cartilage is feasible, safe and effective.
