摘要
目的 分析现代汉族年轻女性“倒三角”面形与“菱形”面形在面部轮廓软硬组织方面的差异性,为面部轮廓改形提供数据化依据.方法 选取30例现代汉族年轻女性(“倒三角脸”12例,“菱形脸”18例)行颅面部CT扫描、三维重建并行软硬组织形态学测量.采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,找出2种面形在形态结构上的差别.结果 (1)横向差异表现在骨性上面宽、上面宽、骨性上中面宽指数、上中面宽指数、下面宽、骨性下中面宽指数、下中面宽指数(P<0.05);(2)下颌角点颏前点距离、下颌角角度及咬肌长、宽、厚存在差异(P<0.05);(3)纵向数值及比例均无差异.结论 “倒三角”面形与“菱形”面形差异体现在多个方面,具体数值及比例均有涉及.临床可通过颞部填充等方式增加上面宽、提高上中面宽指数,注射肉毒毒素缩小咬肌、降低下中面宽指数,使“菱形”面形转为“倒三角”面形.
Objective To analyze the differences in the soft and hard tissue between the "inverted trian- gular face" and the "diamond-shaped face" in young Chinese women, providing a data basis for modification of facial contour. Methods Thirty cases of young Chinese women with inverted triangle-shaped faces ( 12 cases) and diamond shaped faces (18 cases) underwent craniofacial spiral CT scanning, three-dimensional reconstruc- tion, and histomorphometry of the soft and hard tissues. SPSS19.0 soft was used for statistical analysis to find out the difference between the two types of facial morphology. Results The horizontal difference: bony upper face width, upper face width, bony upper-middle face indexes, upper-middle face indexes, lower face width, bony lower-middle face indexes, lower-middle face indexes ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The distance between the mandibular angle point and the pogonion, the angle of mandibular angle and the length, width and thickness of masseter muscle ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The vertical numerical value and proportion had no significant difference. Conclu sion There are many aspects of difference between the inverted triangular face and the diamond-shaped face, which include the specific numerical differences and the proportion of differences. In clinical practice, the methods for making the diamond-shaped face into an inverted triangular face include: increasing the upper width and the upper middle indexes with parts temporalis filling, reducing the masseter and lower middle surface indexes with botulinum toxin injections.
