运用经济学中的激励相容理论,分析当前我国专业学位研究生培养中诸多激励不相容现象,探索构建更具激励相容效果的专业学位研究生培养内部质量保障体系必须满足的五个基本条件。

This paper, by virtue of the incentive compatibility theory in economics, analyzes the phenomena of incentive incompatibility during the professional postgraduate education, and explores five basic prerequisites for building a more effective internal quality assurance system in terms of incentive compatibility for cultivating postgraduates.
