摘要
评价主体、方法与指标内容是研究生教育质量评价体系的主要方面,本文梳理近三十年我国研究生教育质量评价体系方面的文献发现,研究生教育质量评价主体从原初政府、社会和高校各自为政转向多元主体的合作;评价方法上自我评价法与外部同行评价法相结合,且越来越强化在实际评价中二者之间的互补;另外,评价指标的类型化与专业化日益突出,但相应的研究主要为理论设计,充分的实证建构较为缺乏。因而未来研究与实践应注重运用实证研究的方法,建立科学有效的评价指标,逐步形成多元参与、协商、发展式的评价体系。
Evaluating entities, methods and indicators are the main aspects of the postgraduate education quality evaluation system. After reviewing the academic literature on the evaluation of postgraduate education quality in the past three decades, the author found the evaluating entities have changed from government agencies, institutions or organizations of the society, and higher learning institutions that did the job separately to a multi-entity body doing the job cooperatively. In terms of the methodology, it is now a kind of combination between self evaluation and external peer evaluation, and it trends more complementary to each other between the two in practical work. In addition, the evaluating indicators are being more prominently categorized and specialized. Unfortunately, corresponding research and study mainly focus on theory design, and there is limited full empirical construction. Therefore, the author suggests, in the future, use the empirical method in research and practice, establish a scientific and effective evaluation indicator system and gradually form an evaluation system featuring multiple participation, frequent consultation and ever evolution.
