摘要
指出了当前由于温室气体的增加导致全球变暖,"地球之肾"的湿地是对全球气候变化响应最敏感的区域之一,其碳氮循环也成为近年来学术界研究的热点。脱氮作用是湿地氮循环的重要功能,反硝化作用在湿地脱氮作用中占主导地位。综述了湿地生态系统反硝化作用测定及计算的一些方法,主要有乙炔抑制法、硝酸盐剩余法、气体分压法、^(15)N同位素技术法、结合膜输入质谱检测的同位素配对法、^(15)N成对标记法。以期为湿地氮循环研究提供参考。
With the increase of greenhouse gases causing global warming currently, wetland, known as the "kidney of the earth", is the most sensitive area in global climate change, and the carbon and nitrogen cycle has become hot spot of academic research in recent years. Nitrate removal is an important link in wetland nitrogen cycle and denitrifica- tionplays a leading role in the process. This paper summarized experimental techniques on measurement of denitrifica- tion, such as acetylene inhibition method, nitrate residual method, barometric process separation, 15N mass--bal- ance approach, 15N isotope pairing techniqueand isotope matchmethod, hoping toprovide referencefor the research on wetland nitrogen cycle.
