基于群组AHP-FCE法绿色住宅建筑后评价研究

Study on Post-evaluation of Green-housing Building by Group AHP-FCE Methodology

从后评价的角度,选取绿色住宅建筑后评价指标,构建了绿色住宅建筑后评价体系。采用群组AHP法确定了指标权重,利用模糊综合评判模型评判了绿色住宅建筑的综合效果,通过案例验证了后评价体系的科学、合理性。

This article selected indicators of green--housingbuilding from the perspective of post--evaluation andbuilt post--evaluation system of green--housingbuilding. Through the method of group AHP, we determined the index weight,thenemployedthe model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to quantize the comprehensive effect of green residential buildings. Finally, we verified the seientifieity and rationality of the post--evaluation systemthrough the case.
