基于有限元法的耐磨锌合金门式起重机动态特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 本论文以某锌合金门式起重机为例,利用有限元法分析其动态特性。通过实验分析得出如下结论 :当小车位于主梁跨中和悬臂端时,锌合金起重机对应的各阶模态振型均表现一致,即其动态性能满足国家标准的要求。本论文中对锌合金起重机动态特性分析为其他同类结构的设计提供了参考。 In this paper a zinc alloy gantry crane as an example, using finite element method to analyze its dynamic characteristics. Through experimental analysis the following conclusions: when the car is located in the main girder cross neutralization cantilever end, of the zinc alloy crane corresponding modal vibration mode were consistent, namely its dynamic performance meet the requirements of national standards. The experimental results show that the zinc alloy crane dynamic performance optimization design provides a reference for other similar structure.
