摘要
大学创新创业存在供需结构错配现象,表现为大学创新创业脱离区域经济的发展;教师注重常规教学缺乏创新创业经验;学生创新创业的实际操作能力亟待提升。建议教师要身体力行创办企业,构建学科交叉与互融递进的创新创业培养体系;大学生应立足创新提高创业质量,通过创业实现创新的商业价值;创新创业要从内部组织到开放协同转变,成为国家创造扩散知识的中心和高效供给的生态系统。
Based on the endogenous growth model, the paper suggests that Chinese college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship can promote economy high speed development after reached steady state equilibrium. College teachers should practice to start their own businesses, build the training system of innovation and entrepreneurship with the interdisciplinary and combination progressive. College students must be based on innovation, improving the quality of entrepreneurship, and reflecting the commercial value of the innovation through entrepreneurship. College students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship must complete the transformation from the internal organization to open coordination, and becomes the center of the nation＇ s creating and spreading knowledge and efficiently supplying ecosystem.
