The Paths of the Development of Sichuan's Foreign Trade in the New Normal State

四川对外贸易发展当前既陷入规模小增速缓、结构失衡、促进作用有限、比较优势偏弱等困境,又面临经济环境收紧、经济结构优化、驱动因素升级、利益保障困难等新的环境。新常态下的发展路径,应包括促进经济发展,改善外贸发展经济环境;构筑优势产业,增强外贸发展产业支持;优化外贸结构,提升外贸发展比较优势;拓展国际市场,拓宽外贸发展空间载体;加强风险防范,提供外贸发展利益保障。

Abstract： The development of Sichuan＇ s foreign trade gets into trouble, such as small scale and slow growth, imbalance structure, limited promotion, the weak comparative advantage in the new normal state. At the same time, it faces the new environment, including opportunities and challenges, which involves the economy environment tightening, the economy structure optimizing, driving factors upgrading and the benefit guaranteeing difficultly. Therefore, in the new normal stale, it＇ s development paths include promoting the economy development so as to improve the economy environment, building superior industries to strengthen the support, optimizing the trade structure to enhance the comparative advantage, expanding the international market to expand the space, strengthening the risk prevention to provide the benefit guarantee.
