摘要
介绍二线制电感式接近开关的原理,研究ABB Symphony DCS系统中DI卡件通道的电路原理和信号接入方式。通过合理的电路改造和逻辑设计,利用电感式二线制接近开关实现了空预器停转报警系统的设计与应用。
This article introduces the principle of Twowire inductive proximity switch,studies the Circuit principle and the access method of the Digital Input Modules which used in the Symphony DCS system of ABB.Because of the reasonable circuitry design and logic design.The stop-turn alarm system of air preheater is realized by using Two-wire inductive proximity switch.
