中央企业国际科技合作典型模式研究

Research on the International Cooperation Typical Patterns in Science and Technology of the Central Enterprises

文章围绕中央企业开展国际科技合作的重点区域和重点行业领域,系统梳理中央企业开展国际科技合作的成功经验,特别对国际并购、技术引进、联合研发、设立海外研发机构等典型模式进行研究。同时,结合国家"走出去"战略和"一带一路"等重点战略,提出了推动中央企业开展国际科技合作发展的思路与重点方向,并为促进中央企业更好地开展国际科技合作,提出有关的政策措施建议。

According to the key regions and industries of the central enterprises carrying out international cooperation of science and technology, this paper systematicallysorted out the successful experience of central en- terprisecarrying out international scientific and technological cooperation, especially researches onthe typical patternsof global M＆A,technology introduction, joint R＆D, and establishment of overseas R＆D organizations. At the same time, combining with the national strategies of ＂going-out＂ and ＂One Belt and One Road＂, it proposed the idea and key directions on promoting the development of the central enterprises to carry out international cooperation of science and technology, and provided policy measures and suggestions for better implementation.
