摘要
现阶段我国劳资困局深化,劳资争议主体、劳方利益诉求、表达方式、治理模式等出现新变化。政府是宏观劳资政策的制定者、推动者和监管者,面对新情况,政府必须在协调劳资利益分配、"三方机制""劳资三权"制度和谐劳资法制建设等方面有所作为。
At the present stage, China's labor predicament is deepening, the main bodies of labor disputes, the interests demands, expression and governance modes of the employees show new changes. The government is the macro industrial policy maker, promoter and regulator, facing the new situation, the government must make efforts in the coordination of labor interests distribution, "three party mechanism", "three labor rights" sys- tem harmony and labor legal system construction.
