韩国科技外交战略与中国的战略对策

Science and Technology Diplomacy Strategy of South Korea and the Strategic Countermeasures of China

本文对传统意义上的"科技外交"同当前的"科技外交"进行了说明,从韩国的角度出发,研究韩国科技外交的发展历程、韩国科技外交战略及主要成果情况,为我国开展科技外交工作提供参考依据。最后针对我国科技外交的现状及问题,提出我国科技外交战略的对策建议。

In this paper, the traditional sense of the ＂science and technology diplomacy＂ and the contempo- rary＂science and technology diplomacy＂ were illustrated, from the perspective of South Korea, the development history of South Korea＇s science and technology diplomacy, South Korea diplomatic strategy and main achieve- ments of science and technology were studied, providing reference for our country to carry outscience and tech- nology diplomacy. Finally, aiming at present situation and problems of science and technology diplomacy in our country, it put forward countermeasures and suggestions forour country＇s diplomatic strategy of science and tech- nology.
