摘要
本文通过对吉林省人才发展现状的总结,对人才发展政策的不足之处做出了概括。以期有助于吉林省高层次创新人才管理部门有针对性地制定人才政策,提高吉林省的人才储备水平。
This article, through summaryof the present development situation of Jilin provincial talents, summed up the deficiency of talented person development policy. It is hoped to contribute to the high-levelcre- ative talents managements departmentsin Jilin Province to develop targeted talent policy, and improve the level of talent reserves in Jilin province.
