摘要
目的探讨半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3)和CD117在甲状腺乳头状癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法收集85例甲状腺腺叶切除标本,进行Galectin-3和CD117免疫组化染色,分析检测结果。结果良性病变组(30例)Galectin-3表达率低于恶性组(55例)(23.3%vs.94.5%)(P<0.05);良性病变组CD117表达率高于恶性组(96.7%vs.7.3%)(P<0.05)。结论联合检测甲状腺病变组织Galectin-3和CD117表达有较好的良恶性鉴别诊断价值。
Objective To explore the value of detecting the expressions of two antibodies galectin-3 and CD11 7 in the differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods Eighty-five thyroid samples after surgery were collected, which included papillary thyroid carcinoma（group A, 55 cases） and thyroid follicular adenoma and Hashimoto＇ s thyroiditis （group B, 30 cases）. The expressions of galectin-3 and CD117 were detected with immunohistochemical staining and the expression differences between two groups were analyzed. Results The positive expression of galectin-3 was higher, but that of CD117 was lower, in group A than those in group B（94. 5% vs. 23. 3% and 7. 3% vs. 96. 7%） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined detection of galectin-3 and CD117 expressions in thyroid lesions has better value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesions.
