On Cultivating Ways of Civil Belief in Rule of Law

树立法治信仰是践行社会主义核心价值观的应有之义,也是全面推进依法治国的基础工程。在现代社会,法治不能仅是一种治理方式和规范公民行为的制度体系,还应成为社会公众普遍信仰的理念。在当代中国,明晰法治信仰的科学内涵和价值功能,正视公民在法治信仰方面存在的问题,从吸收优秀传统法治文化、健全普法教育机制、完善法律制度、强化权利意识等方面促成公民对法律价值的强烈认同,是培育公民法治信仰的可行路径。

Establishing Belief in Rule of Law is the necessary meaning of practicing Socialist Core Values and the basic project of comprehensively promoting governing the country according to law. In modern society, the rule of law is not just a way of governance, it should also become the general public belief in the concept of the society. In contemporary China, clarifying the scientific connotation and value function of the faith of ruling of law, envisaging the problems existing in the belief of the rule of law, promoting the strong recognition of citizens of the legal value from absorbing the excellent traditional rule of law culture, improving the legal education system, perfecting the legal system, strengthening the sense of power is a feasible way to cultivate the citizens′faith in the rule of law.
