摘要
目的:以某三甲医院中医药门诊处方采样数据分析,探讨其中医药服务能力。方法:从医院HIS系统采集2015年7月1日至9月30日的所有门诊处方,进行分类统计和对比分析。结果:中医科中药饮片处方数占全院中药饮片处方总数的92.46%,说明中医科是中药饮片的最主要科室;中药饮片处方占中医科处方数的28.61%,另有部分中药饮片处方因煎煮流程复杂等原因而放弃;全院中药饮片处方和中成药处方之和占全院门诊处方总数的18.72%,其处方金额占比为12.39%,不容小觑。中医科中成药处方数占全院中成药处方总数的14.35%。结论:该院中医药服务能力基本符合相关标准;门诊中成药的85%由对中医知之甚少的西医医生使用,存在中药使用盲目性和不合理使用风险。
OBJECTIVE To investigate service capability of department of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based on prescriptions sampled from clinic of a tertiary hospital. METHODS All prescriptions for outpatients from July 1st to September 30th,2015 were sampled and analyzed. RESULTS The ratio of prescriptions on herbal medications by TCM department was 92. 46 % of those in the hospital, indicating that TCM department prescribed most of herbal medications. Meanwhile, the ratio of prescriptions on herbal medications was 28. 61% of all prescriptions by TCM department, and some of them were given up due to complicated processes. The sum of prescriptions on both herbal medications and Chinese traditional patent medicines took 18. 72% of all prescriptions for outpatients. The prescriptions on Chinese traditional patent medicines by TCM department only accounted for 14. 35% of all Chinese traditional patent medicines. CONCLUSION The service capability of TCM here basically meets the national requirements. Around 85% prescriptions on Chinese traditional patent medicines are prescribed by depart- ments other than TCM department,which may induce potential risks of irrational use.
