摘要 采用固相反应法制备了Y掺杂的CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)(CCTO)陶瓷,研究了Y掺杂量对Ca_(1-x)Y_(2x/3)Cu_3Ti_4O_(12)(x=O%,1%,3%,5%)陶瓷的物相结构、微观形貌和介电性能影响,对Y掺杂影响CCTO陶瓷介电性能的机理进行了分析。结果表明:Y掺杂量在1~5 mol%时对CCTO陶瓷的相结构基本无影响;然而,当Y掺杂量达到3 mol%时,CCTO陶瓷的晶粒长大被明显抑制。Y掺杂量为1~3 mol%时,不仅可以提高CCTO陶瓷的介电常数,而且可以同步降低其介电损耗,从而有助于CCTO陶瓷的综合介电性能的提升。 CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramics doped with different amounts of Y for substituting Ca were prepared using the solid state reaction method. The phase structures, microstructures, and dielectric properties of the Ca1-xY2x/3Cu3Ti4O12 (x =0%, 1%, 3%, 5%) ceramics were investigated. The effect of Y doping on the dielectric properties of CCTO ceramics was studied, and the associated mechanism was proposed. The results showed that the phase structures of the CCTO ceramics were not changed with the Y doping of x from 1 mol% to 5 mol%. However, when x is 3 mol% or higher, the grain growth of CCTO ceramics was remarkably suppressed. It was found that when the Y doping concentration x was from 1 mol% to 3 moP/0, the CCTO ceramics exhibited increased dielectric constant and decreased dielectric loss simultaneously. This suggests that CCTO ceramics with improved dielectric properties can be achieved by controlling the Y doping concentration.
