摘要
利用滑石,白云石,石英等制备出一种适应于低温快烧瓷质砖(1070~1100℃)所用的亚光釉。通过单因素实验研究了石英和烧滑石等影响因素对白色复合亚光釉面的影响。利用SEM电镜和热膨胀系数仪等测试手段对坯釉性能进行表征。实验结果表明,当烧滑石的加入量5wt%,石英的加入量在7wt%,该白色复合亚光釉在烧成温度1040~1080℃时,其釉面效果最佳。该白色复合亚光釉的最佳性能:白度77%,光泽度在23.7%,在150~20℃热交换10次不裂。该白色复合亚光釉在瓷质建筑陶瓷里的低温快烧可望有很重要的应用,能够很好的解决亚光釉的生产需求。实现了节能环保,降低成本的目的。
The matt glaze applied in porcelain tiles at low temperature (1070 - 1100 ℃ ) was prepared using talc, dolomite and quartz as the main materials. Effects of calcined talc and quartz contents on the properties of the white and matt glaze were studied. The properties of body and glaze were characterized by FESEM and thermal expansion coefficient tester. The results showed that when calcined talc content was 5 wt% and quartz was 7 wt%, the whiteness of 77% and glossiness of 23.7% for the sample were obtained at firing temperature of 1040 - 1080 ℃ , which had no crack after I0 times heat exchange of 150 - 20 ℃ . It will be potential application in the low temperature and fast- firing architectural ceramics, and meet people' s demand, which saves the energy and lowers the cost.
