整合正向与逆向物流的第三方物流供应商动态配送网络研究

随着经济与技术的发展,消费者要求获得更高层次、更及时的客户服务。越来越多的企业对满足个性化需求,迅速交货,减少库存和运行逆向物流时感受到巨大压力。因此,为企业服务的第三方物流提供商就时常需要根据客户需求和市场的变化来调整自己的配送网络。然而,现有的针对第三方物流供应商配送网络的研究很少同时考虑到正向和逆向物流,以及客户具有动态性的情况。基于此,本文提出了开设/关闭配送中心的物流网络解决方案优化模型和相应求解算法。文中的算例分析,将为第三方物流企业配置设备及相应的人力资源提供一定的借鉴方案。

With the development of economy and technology, consumers need higher levels of services and a shorter life cycle. More and more enterprises feel great pressures to meet the personalized needs, make faster delivery, reduce inventory and conduct reverse logistics operations. Hence, the third party logistics providers （TPLs） often need to adjust their own distribution networks according to customer needs and market changes. However, little researches about the third party logistics provider＇s distribution network consider the forward and reverse logistics operations simultaneously under the condition of dynamic client. Therefore, in order to fill the research gap, this paper proposes the logistics network solution of opening or closing the distribution centers and the corresponding algorithm. Example analysis verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
