摘要
采用个体/亚个体意识分层的视角,对意会知识的优先性、认知结构和学习过程做了一种新的诠释,旨在说明在意会知识的形成过程中,需要亚个体层次的参与,并进一步对意会知识的涉身特点做出探索。意会知识的认知优先性和因果优先性的根源在于亚个体;意会知识结构的运作原理是主体在个体层次上产生焦点意识,进而在亚个体层次上整合辅助意识以完成身体动作。意会知识的学习过程是在亚个体层面上事实积累的过程。
This paper gives a brand new interpretation of the cognitive structure,learning process and priority of tacit knowledge from a perspective of personal/subpersonal distinction with the intention of explaining the participation of subpersonal level in forming tacit knowledge and exploring the embodiment of tacit knowledge. Subpersonal level is the reason for cognitive and causal priority of tacit knowledge. Agents generate focal awareness on personal level,then integrate subsidiary awareness on subpersonal level to complete body action,which makes up the operation of tacit knowledge structure. The process of learning tacit knowledge is an accumulation of subpersonal facts.
