局部穴刃针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome Treated by Edged Needle on Local Point

目的:观察局部穴刃针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:77例按照随机数字表法分成治疗组与对照组,对照组39例用局部穴普通针刺疗法,治疗组38例用局部穴刃针疗法。观察评估治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分、肩痛评分、日常生活能力及安全性。结果:两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer、肩痛评分及日常生活能力评价均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:局部穴刃针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征安全有效,可明显提高脑卒中患者生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of edgewise needle on local acupuncture points in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Method ： 74 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 39 cases were treated by common acupuncture on local acupuncture as the control group while 38 cases were treated with edgewise needle on local acupuncture points as the treatment group. Fugl-Meyer score, shoulder pain score, daily life ability and safety were evaluated before and after the treatment in two groups of patients. Result ： After the treatment, Fugl-Meyer score, shoulder pain score and daily life ability of both groups were significantly improved compared with that before the treatment （ P〈O.05 ） , but the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Edgewise needle on local acupuncture points is safe and effective on shoulder-hand syndrome, which could significantly improve the quality of life of patients with stroke.
