中西医结合治疗Hp感染相关性消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染相关性消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型的临床疗效。方法:120例分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均采用口服雷贝拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗,治疗组加用健胃方治疗。结果:临床疗效治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四联疗法联合健胃方治疗Hp感染相关性消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型临床疗效好。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （ HP ） related peptic ulcer of deficiency cold in spleen and stomach syndrome. Method： 120 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated with rabeprazole, citric acid bismuth potassium, amoxicillin and clarithromycin and the treatment group were treated with Jianwei Decoction additionally. Result： The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Quadruple therapy combined with Jianwei Decoction has good curative effect on HP related peptic ulcer of deficiency cold in spleen and stomach syndrome.
