摘要
目的:观察锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:15例采用肱骨近端锁定钢板结合植骨治疗。结果:术后随访平均13.5个月,Neer功能评定优9例、良4例、可2例。结论:锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折有良好疗效。
Objective： To observe the chnical curative effect of locking plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of senile proximal humeral comminuted fracture. Method： 15 cases of senile proximal humeral comminuted fracture were treated with locking proximal humeral plate combined with bone graft. Result： The average follow-up was 13.5 months.According to Neer function evaluation, 9 cases were excellent, 4 cases good and 2 cases okay. Conclusion： Locking plate combined with bone graft could achieve good curative effect in treating senile proximal humeral comminuted fracture.
