分布式户用光伏对农村配电台区电压质量的影响与消纳措施 被引量:5

摘要 随着分布式户用光伏在低压配电台区中的接入规模越来越大,其对低压配电网技术指标有很大影响,特别是对电压合格率指标。采用Digsilent软件对含有分布式户用光伏的农村低压配电台区进行仿真,分析分布式户用光伏的不同接入位置、不同渗透率水平对节点电压质量的影响。相对于分散接入、首端接入,户用光伏在低压线路末端接入时对低压配电台区电压质量影响最大。在不采取措施情况下,低压配电台区消纳分布式户用光伏渗透率的极限值为25%。在此基础上,提出加强低压配电台区改造、无功控制和配置储能3项消纳分布式户用光伏电源的措施。 With the increasing access scale of the distributed residential photovoltaic(PV) systems in the low-voltage distribution area, it has a great influence on the technical indicators of low-voltage distribution network, especially on the voltage qualification rate index. In this paper, the simulation model of the rural low-voltage distribution area with distributed residential PV systems is established by using Digsilent software. The influence of the location and penetration rate of distributed residential PV systems on node voltage quality is analyzed. Comparing to the decentralized access and begin-terminal access, the end-terminal access of distributed residential PV systems has a greater impact on voltage quality of low-voltage distribution area. Without any measures, the limit value of the distributed residential PV systems' penetration rate accommodated by low-voltage distribution area is about 25%. On this basis, measures including strengthening low-voltage distribution area reconstruction, reactive power control and energy storage configuration are proposed to accommodate the distributed residential PV systems.
