摘要
用超音速火焰喷涂法制备了稀土添加剂含量为0%、1.5%、2.0%的3种WC/12Co涂层,并用盐雾腐蚀方法进行了涂层耐蚀性测试。结果表明,稀土的加入较好地提高了涂层材料的耐蚀性能,且当稀土添加量为1.5%时耐蚀性最好。腐蚀主要源于WC和Co相的氧化以及基体与涂层之间的电化学作用。
In the present paper,WC/12Co cermet coatings with different content of CeO_2 additives were made by high velocity oxy fuel(HVOF) spraying on 45# steel. The results of salty fog corrosion indicates the coatings with addition of rare earth have excellent corrosion resistance,and the suitable content of CeO_2 is 1.5 wt. %. Combing with the domestic related research,the corrosion was mainly caused by the WC and Co oxidation and electrochemical effects between substrate and coating.
