摘要
主要对不同钢渣处理工艺进行对比,结合五矿营口年处理90万t转炉钢渣热闷以及钢渣破碎-筛分-磁选处理项目,分析热闷技术处理钢渣的优势,并通过两年多的生产线运行实践,各项生产指标趋于稳定,均达到设计要求,为企业取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In this paper,the steel slag processing technologies in China and abroad were summarized. Combined with the actual project with hot stuffy and magnetic separation process of converter steel slag in Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate Co.,Ltd with a processing capacity of 900 thousand ton every year,the advantages of hot stuffy technology to deal with steel slag was introduced. And through production and operation in two years,the production tended to be stable,reached the design requirements,and achieved good social and economic benefits for the enterprise.
