盾构法煤矿斜井拆机卸荷对管片影响及处置技术 被引量:1

摘要 依托神东补连塔长距离煤矿斜井工程,采用数值模拟手段,分析了煤矿斜井盾构拆解时由于千斤顶纵向顶推力卸荷起的管片结构纵向、横向力学特性变化,并提出了拆解影响区管片锚固处置技术。研究表明,不加固情况下由于纵向卸荷导致管片最大纵向回弹量为14.66mm,位于千斤顶作用管片环,管片收敛变形较卸荷前增大了9%~19%。拆解影响区径向锚杆加固对斜井管片结构的变形和受力有明显的约束效果,并且随着预应力锚杆锚固长度增加,管片的位移量和接缝张开错动量减小,管片加固效果越好。现场加固处置后,管片纵向回弹量为4.2mm,满足控制标准。 Based on long-distance inclined shafts engineering in Bulianta coal mine in Shendong coalfield, numerical simulation is used to study longitudinal and transverse mechanical properties of segment in the affected zone after axial unloading caused by shield dismantling and radial anchor reinforcement technology is put forward. Results show that the biggest rebound is 14.66mm after axial unloading without reinforcement. After unloading the segment convergence deformation is increased by 9% - 19%. Radial anchor reinforcement has obvious restraint effect on deformation and stress of segment in the dismantling affected area. As the anchor length increases, the segment displacement and joint opening reduction, the better reinforcement effect. After field reinforcement disposal, the biggest rebound of segment is 4.2mm, which can meet the control standards.
