摘要
盾构斜井地下原位无扩大硐室拆解受空间限制和地质条件等多种因素影响,无法直接使用大型吊装工具进行盾构拆解。为满足盾构在斜井地下有限空间内的安全、高效、快速拆解需要,必须开展盾构大型部件原位地下无扩大硐室拆解施工技术研究。因此,结合盾构施工斜井工程要求和盾构地下拆解施工条件,介绍了盾构大型关键部件进行完整拆解技术研究。
Shield inclined shaft underground dismantling without in-situ expanding cavern is affected by space and geological conditions and other factors. It cannot directly dismantle the large parts with lifting tool. In order to meet the safety efficient and rapid dismantling of shield machine in inclined underground finite space, research on disassemble construction technique of shield machine is carried out in inclined shaft without in-situ expanding cavern. Therefore, according to the construction requirement of inclined shaft engineering and shield underground dismantling construction conditions, the completion disassemble technology of large key parts for shield machine are studied.
