This paper introduced a new type of prefabricated construction technology of stairs, which is the split type precast stairs. By precast stair board by pieces, assembled by pieces, the technology successfully overcomes the disadvantages of large-span integral prefabricated stairs that the weight is too big to hoist. Therefore, the application scope of the assembled stairs can be extended effectively. This paper discussed the split type assembly stairs technology in detail from the following aspects of the process principle, technological process, key points of construction, quality control, safety measures and other aspects.
