粘液表皮样癌中HIF-1α和MMP-7的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinases-7,MMP-7)在腮腺粘液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEC)中的表达情况,探讨它们与MEC生物学行为的关系及二者间相关性。方法采用S-P免疫组化法对27例MEC及15例腮腺多形性腺瘤(plemorphic adenoma,PA)、15例正常腮腺组织(normal salivary gland,SG)检测HIF-1α和MMP-7。结果 HIF-1α和MMP-7在MEC的阳性表达率分别为70.37%和66.67%,两者呈正相关(rs=0.456,P<0.01)。结论 HIF-1α和MMP-7在MEC中高表达,且两者在MEC的表达呈正相关。 Objective To study the expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 on biological behavior of parotid mucoepidermoid carcinoma,and explore the relationship between them and the biological behavior of MEC.Methods The expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-7 in 30 cases of MEC,15 cases of plemorphic adenoma( PA)and 15 cases of normal parotid tissue were detected by the immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and MMP-7 in parotid mucoepidermoid carcinoma was 70.00% and 66.67%. There was closely correlation between expression and nerve invasion or lymph node metastasis( P〈 0. 05). A relatively correlation was found between HIF-1α and MMP-7( rs= 0.456,P〈 0.01). Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 might be closed related to biologic behavior of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
