祛湿化斑颗粒治疗儿童单纯型过敏性紫癜

Clearing damp Huaban granule in treating simple type allergic purpura

目的观察祛湿化斑颗粒治疗儿童单纯型过敏性紫癜(湿热痹阻证)的临床疗效。方法将80例诊断为过敏性紫癜患儿随机分成2组,治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予地氯雷他定糖浆、芦丁片、潘生丁口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用祛湿化斑颗粒口服。观察治疗前后2组的皮肤紫癜消退平均时间、临床疗效、实验室指标改变情况及治疗后复发率、肾脏损害率。结果治疗组在总有效率、皮肤紫癜消退时间、实验室指标(APTT)改变、复发率及肾脏损害率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛湿化斑颗粒治疗儿童单纯型过敏性紫癜(湿热痹阻证)可缩短病程,改善凝血功能,有效降低复发及肾脏损害率,提高治愈率。

Objective To observe the effect of Clearing damp and Huaban granule in the treatment of simple type allergic purpura. Methods Dividing 80 allergic purpura patients into stochastically,treatment group and control group,40 cases respectively. The control group was given Loratadine syrup,Rutinum Tablets,Persantin oral. On the basis of the control group and treatment group with Clearing damp Huaban granule oral administration. To observe the average time,clinical efficacy,laboratory indexes and the recurrence rate,kidney damage rate of the two groups before and after treatment. Results Treatment group is better than control group in total effectiveness,skin purpura subsided time,recurrence rate,kidney damage rate and laboratory indicators（ APTT） of change（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Clearing damp Huaban granule in the treatment of allergic purpura can shorten the course and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of kidney damage,improve coagulation function（ APTT） and enhance the cure rate.
