疏肝健脾法在肝郁脾虚证IBS-D动物模型中的疗效研究

Soothing liver and activating spleen method in treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome animal model with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency

目的观察疏肝健脾中药复方对肝郁脾虚证IBS-D模型大鼠内脏敏感性的影响。方法 40只雄性大鼠分为正常参照组、中药组、西药组、对照组,每组10只。采用母子分离+慢性束缚+番泻叶灌胃方法复制肝郁脾虚证IBS-D模型(除正常参照组外),分别给予中药组、西药组、对照组疏肝健脾中药复方煎剂、马来酸曲美布汀、生理盐水灌胃,观察治疗前后各组大鼠一般情况、体质量增长率变化、腹部回缩反射(AWR)的阈值和避水应激后大鼠排便情况。结果治疗后各组大鼠一般情况均有不同程度的好转,中药组及西药组大鼠的体质量相对增长率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组及西药组相对于对照组均能显著升高大鼠的内脏敏感压力阈值(P<0.05);经急性避水应激实验,中药组及西药组排便次数及排便重量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾中药复方能有效降低肝郁脾虚证IBS-D大鼠内脏高敏感性,减少应激状态下排便反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound of soothing liver and activating spleen to visceral sensitivity IBS-D rats with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Methods Forty male SD rats were divided as normal reference group,traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group. The IBS-D model of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency by the maternal separation ＋ chronic restraint ＋ senna gavage method was copied in addition to the normal reference group. The traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group were given compound decoction of soothing liver and activating spleen,trimebutine maleate and saline gavage respectively. Result After treatment,the general situation of rats in each group were improved in different degree,compared with the control group,the relative growth rate of body weight in the TCM group and the western medicine group were higher（ P〈 0. 05）,the visceral sensitivity were low（ P〈 0. 05）,defecation frequency and defecation weight were significantly less（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The TCM prescription of soothing liver and activating spleen can effectively reduce visceral sensitivity and the stress reaction of defecation in IBS-D rats with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
