中药结合针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型智力低下患儿85例

Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of children with low intelligence

目的观察中药联合针刺疗法对肝肾亏虚型智力低下患儿的临床疗效。方法本法采用随机单盲对照,将85例患儿分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例给予六位地黄丸加减结合靳三针针法和益智聪慧针法治疗,对照组45例给予口服吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片。治疗3个疗程后,采用中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表、中国韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC-Ⅲ)对2组分别进行治疗前后评分;按照尼莫地平法计算IQ分值提高率(IQ分值提高率=(疗后IQ评分-疗前IQ评分)/疗前IQ评分×100%)来评定疗效。结果治疗组的智力评分结果与总体疗效与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),中药结合针刺可明显提高智力低下患儿的智力水平,改善其临床症状,临床疗效优于对照组。结论根据临床辨证给予中药结合针刺能够改善智力低下患儿的脑功能,提高其智力水平,缓解临床症状。

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture therapy of liver and kidney deficiency type the clinical curative effect of children with low intelligence. Methods Using randomized single blind controlled in this law,divide 85 cases into treatment group and control group,treatment group 40 cases were given six rehmannia pill and subtract combined with jin＇s 3 needling stitch and informative intelligent acupuncture treatment,control group 45 cases give oral pyrazole raschig temple brain protein hydrolysate. After 3 course of treatment,using Chinese wechsler intelligence scale for children,Chinese wechsler intelligence scale for children（ WISC-Ⅲ） of two groups before and after treatment respectively; According to nim horizon method to calculate IQ score increase rate（ IQ score increase ratio =（ IQ score after therapy-IQ score before treatment） / IQ score before treatment（ 100%） to assess the curative effect. Results Intelligence ratings of the treatment group and the overall efficacy compared with the control group with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）,the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can obviously improve the level of intelligence of children with low intelligence,improve the clinical symptoms,clinical curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion According to the clinical syndrome differentiation for traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can improve the brain function of children with low intelligence,improve their intelligence level,relieve the clinical symptoms.
