摘要
目的评估激光光凝、玻璃体手术、中医治疗和联合治疗等治疗方法对糖尿病黄斑水肿的治疗效果。方法阅读并筛查国内外关于糖尿病黄斑水肿各种治疗方法的文献,比较各实验组患者治疗前、治疗后的视力、黄斑中心厚度与眼底视网膜血管的变化。结果糖尿病黄斑水肿是引起糖尿病患者视力下降甚至失明的重要原因。抗VEGF药的广泛应用极大的改变了治疗选择,其早期应用和联合激光、中医药应用较各治疗方法的单独应用疗效显著,是未来糖尿病黄斑水肿的热点。结论激光光凝、玻璃体手术、中医治疗和联合治疗等治疗方法对糖尿病黄斑水肿临床效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laser photocoagulation,vitrectomy,traditional Chinese medicine and combined therapy on the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods Reading and screening Medical literatures on the treatment of diabetic macular edema at home and abroad,compare the change of each experimental group before and after treatment visual acuity,central macular thickness and retinal blood vessels. Results Diabetic macular edema is an important cause of vision loss and blindness in patients with diabetes. The wide application of anti VEGF drugs has greatly changed the treatment choice,the early application,combined laser and traditional Chinese medicine treatment has significant effect,. It is a hot spot in the future of diabetic macular edema. Conclusion The clinical effects of laser photocoagulation,vitrectomy,Chinese medicine treatment and combined therapy on diabetic macular edema were significant.
